Breakwater View

Breakwater View occupies the entire top floor of the house with far reaching views over the sea. It is accessed via some steps down to a pretty courtyard leading into a large communal room with toys, games and a separate well equiped laundry room. From there, there are five flights of stairs to the apartment which is completely self-contained from the main house. It consists of 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people with space for a further 2 guests by prior arrangement with the owners. Bedroom 1 has a super king-size bed; bedroom 2 has a king-size, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds (access to bedroom 4 is through bedroom 2). There are 2 bathrooms – one with a bath and overhead shower, WC, the other with a shower, WC. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher and microwave etc. The spacious living/dining room has a TV (with access to some Sky channels), DVD and Video and a selection of books, videos, games and toys. The huge private landing has a dining table and chairs and can also be used as a play space. Electricity is included and heating is provided via oil fired central heating.

The apartments are cleaned to a very high standard and benefit from comfortable beds with well-laundered, good quality linen.

There is a communal basement room with mini table tennis, toys, beach toys etc., together with full laundry facilities, a drying area, outside shower and WC for use after the beach and a BBQ available. Both apartments are family friendly with cots and high chair available upon request. Linen is provided, with the exception of beach towels. Guests can make use of the main garden lawn with garden furniture supplied. There is a full sized table tennis table for use in the courtyard.

We operate a no smoking, no pets policy. We do have a well-behaved, child friendly dog of our own, plus two cats, none of which are allowed in the apartment. Off street parking is provided for one car in front of the house.
